Chicken Stir Fry Noodles




Chicken Stir-fry Noodles is one of my go to comfort food. This Asian dish is easy to make and will absolutely make you full and satisfied. It has a source of carbohydrates coming from the noodles, and protein coming from the Chicken. Add up some other nutrients coming from the vegetables. If you are a fan of oriental cuisine, this one's for you. You can serve this during special occasions or if you want to host a dinner with friends or simply just to serve for your family. INGREDIENTS: 

- 1 medium pack of Egg noodles or Ordinary (flour based) Stir Fry Noodles. Do not use Rice noodles for this dish
- 2-4 Medium sized Chicken breast chopped
- 1 Carrot sliced thinly
- Small head of Cabbage Sliced
- 1-2 medium Red Onions diced
- 3 cloves of Garlic
- 1 Small stalk of Celery thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp of Sesame Oil
- 5 Tbsp of Soy sauce
- 4 Tbsp of Oyster sauce
- 5 tbsp of water
- Salt and Pepper to taste

PROCEDURE:

- Saute onions, celery and garlic
-Add the chopped chicken breast
- In a bowl, mix the Soy sauce, Oyster sauce, Water, Sesame oil and a pinch of Pepper
- Add the sauce that we created above to the saute
- In a big bowl, put the noodle of your choice and pour hot water to it, just to make it a little bit soft
- Strain the noodles, so that the water will not be mixed with the recipe. Once the chicken is already cooked, add the softened noodles
- Mix in the Cabbage and carrots
- Season with salt and pepper according to your preference
- You can squeeze out a little bit of lemon juice as added flavor
- Serve on a plate
